who is born of sin and has changed their path from Hell unto Heaven. they will be in charge of God's Kingdom and rule over those who have sinned but could not change. who so ever gives to God their heart mind and body there within lies the key to man's seed on earth and to the Heavens that hold all things true within himself to know what is right, or wrong from experience.
